TRANSPORTATION TO HOTEL FROM AREA AIRPORTS
From Dane County Regional Airport:
The Hilton Madison has complimentary shuttle service to and from Dane County Regional Airport. The hours of operation are 7am – 10pm, 7 days a week. You can request the shuttle upon arrival by using the courtesy phone located in baggage claim. Travel time to and from the airport is 15 -20 minutes depending on traffic. If you need transportation outside of our hours of operation, there are taxi cabs waiting outside baggage claim. Approximate cost is $17 one way.
From Chicago O’Hare:
Madison, Wisconsin is 169 miles or a 2 ½ hour drive from Chicago O’Hare Airport. Van Galder Bus Lines provides transportation from O’Hare to/from Madison.

The Van Galder bus drops at the University of WI Memorial Union, about 1 mile from the hotel. Guests can call the hotel at 608-255-5100 to request a pick up upon arrive. If the shuttle is not available, you can call a taxi (see numbers below) the shuttle operates 7 days a week 6:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Monday - Friday 7am -5pm: $1.40/hr. After 5pm flat $4 fee. Weekend rates is a flat $4/fee
Hilton Madison Monona Terrace – Underground Parking Garage
The Hilton parking garage is $2/hour not to exceed $12/day and does not have clearance for large trucks.
CHILDCARE
We are unable to provide child care at this symposium. If children are in attendance, the last two rows of the meeting room will be reserved for parents and children seating. All meals are plated, and full priced, no children’s portions or pricing is available.
