Third Annual Raw Milk Symposium - May 7, 2011

MEALS

It’s ironic; you'd think we'd be serving raw milk at a raw milk symposium. Right? Wrong.  That's not going to happen, until we change the laws in Minnesota. For this symposium, this year, it's B.Y.O.M.--Bring Your Own (RAW) Milk. No brown bags required.

You are welcome to bring your own raw milk for personal use. No sales or sharing of raw milk are authorized.

We celebrate consumer food choices!  Therefore, the price of meals is not included in the cost of registration.  A limited number of lunch tickets are available for those that prefer to eat the Local Fare Lunch we’ve provided at the symposium. You may prepay for lunch on the registration form.  You are also welcome to bring your own lunch, if you wish.

Both the Local Fare Lunch and the Fundraiser Reception and Dinner will be prepared using donated and purchased local food, including meat, milk, eggs, butter, and produce. The meals will be expertly prepared by French trained, award winning Chef Pierre Jean Laupies and his staff at Chez Daniel.
